1. Delivery Area
Orders are delivered to addresses within Australia only.
Delivery to locations outside Australia is not available.
2. Shipping Fees
All orders include free shipping.
No minimum purchase amount is required.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, preparation, and handover to the logistics provider.
4. Order Cut-Off and Business Hours
Orders placed before 17:00 on a business day are treated as same-day orders and enter processing accordingly.
Orders placed after 17:00 on a business day are processed starting from the next business day.
Orders placed on public holidays or outside business hours are processed on the next business day.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
5. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are delivered through third-party logistics service providers.
After dispatch, delivery is generally completed within 7–10 days, subject to reasonable variations caused by location, weather, or carrier conditions.
If delivery time significantly exceeds the expected timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us, preferably by email. Phone support may be used as a supplementary option.
6. Taxes and Customs Clearance
All applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed at checkout.
Customs clearance is handled directly by the logistics service provider.
Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Customers may use the tracking details to monitor delivery progress.
8. Responsibility and Risk Allocation
If a product is damaged or lost during transit, customers should notify us promptly so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed with the logistics provider.
Requests to modify or cancel an order after shipment has been dispatched may not be accommodated.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address information. Delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details may not be refundable.
