Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders placed within 48 hours of purchase and not yet shipped may be cancelled upon request and will proceed to the refund process.

  • Orders that have already been shipped or placed more than 48 hours ago cannot be cancelled.

Once an order has entered the shipping stage or exceeded the allowable cancellation period, cancellation is no longer feasible due to processing and logistics arrangements. In such cases, customers are advised to receive the product and apply for a return through the applicable return and refund process.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted by email as the preferred method.

  • Phone enquiries may be used as a supplementary option during business hours.

To help us review the request efficiently, customers should provide relevant order details, including the order number and any supporting payment or order information.

3. Review and Processing

  • All cancellation requests are reviewed promptly after receipt.

  • Order status is verified to determine whether the request meets the applicable conditions.

  • Customers will be informed of the outcome as soon as the review is completed.

4. Refund Arrangement

  • Approved cancellations are refunded using the original payment method.

  • Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after confirmation.

  • The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the processing policies of the relevant bank or payment provider.
